WeGoTrip · Bruparck, Heysel

The park plus an Expo 58 walk

A Mini-Europe entry ticket bundled with a self-guided audio walk around the 1958 World's Fair grounds and royal Laeken, all in the WeGoTrip app. Pick it if the history of Heysel interests you as much as the models do.

Mini-Europe Ticket & Expo Village Audio Tour

About this experience

WeGoTrip sells a Mini-Europe ticket and a digital walking tour together. The ticket and the audio arrive by email, SMS and WhatsApp, and both live in the WeGoTrip app. Inside the park you use the printed catalogue like everyone else. The audio is for the walk outside: the Expo Village, the district that grew out of Expo 58, the first big World's Fair after the Second World War, with stories of Belgium's royal family and the Laeken landmarks most visitors to the centre never see.

Read the listing carefully, because it says so itself: there is no audio guide inside Mini-Europe, and no live guide at all. At about $50 the bundle costs roughly double the park's EUR 25 gate price, so you are paying around $20 extra for the Expo walk. That is fair if you'll use it, and poor value if you only want the models. It is new on GetYourGuide, with no reviews yet.

One more thing: the listing says the Mini-Europe ticket stays valid whatever date you pick, until the stated end of the season. Remember that the park closes from 4 January to 12 March 2027, and you'll need your own headphones and a charged phone.

  • Mini-Europe entry with the park catalogue
  • An app audio walk of the 1958 World's Fair grounds
  • Royal Laeken stories and landmarks off the usual route
  • Offline audio and maps once downloaded
  • Do the walk before or after the park
